Wella Professionals has relaunched the all new Koleston Perfect, now with a more superior formula and superior technology for superior coloring services.
The new formula successfully achieved ammonia-masking together with better mixability properties for the coloring mass. The performance of the new Koleston Perfect and Welloxon Perfect tandem also got a new boost from the patented TRILUXIV TECHNOLOGY.
